By accessing or using our trading platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account at any time, subject to these Terms.
A non-negotiable withdrawal fee will be applied to every withdrawal request processed. This fee is levied for the processing and administration of the transaction.
Critical Term: The withdrawal fee is an additional charge. This fee will NOT be deducted from your Account balance. You must provide and cover the withdrawal fee using an external payment method (e.g., a separate bank card or digital wallet) at the time of the request. Failure to pay the withdrawal fee will result in the immediate cancellation of the withdrawal request.
To ensure the stability and security of our payment processing system, you are strictly prohibited from placing multiple concurrent withdrawal requests.
Initiating multiple withdrawals at the same time is a violation of our fair usage policy and will be flagged by our system. This will result in an automatic temporary restriction on your Account's withdrawal functionality.
To have your withdrawal privileges restored following such a restriction, you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee equivalent to 10% of your current Account balance at the time of the block. This fee must be paid in full before any future withdrawals will be permitted.
We offer a variety of Account Plans designed to suit different trading needs and capital levels. A detailed description of each Plan, including its specific benefits, is available on our website.

You have the option to upgrade your Account Plan to access higher limits and additional features.
The cost associated with upgrading to a higher-tier Plan is a service fee. This upgrade fee cannot be deducted from your existing Account balance. The full payment for the upgrade must be made using an external funding source.
Your Account is monitored by our advanced AI-driven system, which generates an "AI Signal" score. This score reflects the health, consistency, and algorithmic compatibility of your trading activity.
Minimum Requirement: To maintain full account functionality, you are required to ensure your personal AI Signal score remains at or above the minimum threshold of 50%.
To maintain fairness and operational consistency, you agree not to attempt to negotiate, solicit, or demand special arrangements with our customer support team.
Specific Prohibition: This includes, but is not limited to, requests to have upgrade fees, withdrawal fees, or account unblocking fees deducted from your Account balance. All fees must be paid as explicitly stipulated in these Terms.
You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit loopholes, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in the immediate suspension and permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of all funds.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the email address associated with your Account or through a notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
